Happy Tummy: Yams' Kitchen

It's a 4 day weekend for us...lucky us hahahaha. Some of my friends decided to meet up for dinner, we've been planing this meet up for some time now and we are so happy that we were able to make it happen.

One of our friend was raving about this Salted egg yolk fish skin from Yam's Kitchen that we just have to try it out...magic word "salted egg" hahahahahha

I do love eating Chinese food...my mom and dad love Chinese food so the Galang Siblings love it too hahahahhaha... If you ask me what I prefer rice or noodles...It's noodles people hahahahahha

Anyway back to our dinner.

We decided to meet for an early dinner so the place was empty.
We were not that hungry hahahhahah why did we even decided to go for an early dinner in the first place....

We ordered

This was delish!!! covered in the right amount of salted egg, crispy.. I could est these babies like potato chips!!!!

Salted Egg Fish Skin (med) $9.80

Loved the fries that comes with it, frankly the prawn was not to my taste it was kinda oily...I know people its deep fried it supposed to be oily hahahahah but taking that into consideration...it was still oily...I loved the fries better.

Salted Egg Prawn Ball (sml) $18.80
Loved this one...the french bean was cooked perfectly...not soggy.. crispy. sambal was just the right amount of spiciness.

Sambal Fried French Bean (sml) $10.80
This was a surprise for me, I am not a fan of fish dishes that is not fillet hahahah am scared of accidentally eating the bone (childhood memories). The fish was not bony ( I don't even know what type of fish it is), meat was tender soft and flavorful...  as for the sauce!!! OMG!! I could drink it hahahaha.. enough sour and spicy not too ever bearing. creamy!! the sauce alone is amazing hahahahha.

Steam Fish Tail with Sour & Spicy Sauce (sml) $22.80
And how could I forget, the pickled vegetables that they serve you once you sit down...if you asked my if am going back to Yam's Kitchen this will be one of the reason why..loved the veggies crispy and the sauce it has peanuts...remind of rojak or achar again...delish...I could honestly finish this by myself hahahhahah

It was an amazing dinner with friends to catch up wished we could have tried more dishes..then again we decided to go for an early dinner hahahahhaha... next time I should know better..already planing another trip with my brother and hubbyness!!!
