I am here to burst the bubble to you young ones, that eventually you will reach a certain age that even if you wanted to sleep, you won't be able to.
Like most young people I thought that I will be able to sleep whenever I wanted, but with a bad habit of staying up all night and being proud that I could function with at least 4 hours or no sleep at all was a badge that I carried proudly till I reached 30 years old.

Gone are the days that I could sleep the whole day during my off days just to recharge. I always laugh it out when I get insomnia attacks, I take it as a sign that I could catch up with my favorite shows or do some writing.
Now that I am in reaching half a century old, sleep is something that I wished I have. I can't even explain how my sleep pattern nowadays.
So when the team of Dr. Carey Tea (Goodnight Tea) asked if I could review their Goodnight Tea, I immediately said yes. I am been into finding ways to get a good night's sleep, name it I tried it, from taking sleeping pills, meditation, listening to singing bowls, melatonin pills, yoga, and the list goes on.I actually wanted to slap myself in the head for not trying any Goodnight Tea in the market, so giving this Dr. Carey Tea a try, I got myself excited.
GoodNight
Tea is a white tea where the tea leaves are collected from wild plants growing
in the primeval forests near the equator. The hand-picked wild plants are dried
naturally and broken manually. Afterward, they are packaged in a vacuum and
airlifted to Singapore to carry out a series of organic standard processes, in
order to protect their original ecological characteristics.
GoodNight Tea meets the HACCP standard of international food safety products and has passed the international SGS authoritative test, with no residues of 374 kinds of pesticides. Unlike another type of teas, GoodNight Tea does not contain any caffeine.
Before going on the market, GoodNight Tea has been experienced by nearly 3,000 people, and the effect is quite satisfactory. Therefore, it is expected that everyone can enjoy GoodNight Tea, which can provide more and more people with high-quality sleep, and keep them in good health.
- The best method is to get a saucepan, place 1 tea bag and add 1000ml of water, boil it over 10mins and let it cool to your preferred temperature of serving.
- 2. Alternatively, if you intend to drink it in the office, just get a tumbler/teapot, place 1 tea bag and add 1000ml of boiled water, cover it, and hold for 10mins.
- If you feel that 1000ml of water is too diluted, simply reduce the amount of water according to your preference. (600ml to 1000ml)
- You
just need to drink 1 tea bag a day.
- You can start drinking anytime, however for better results, try to drink slowly after dinner all the way to before you go to bed.
I loved that I could drink it cold, I am not a hot tea drinker, although I did try it one night and I liked it too.
Being able to put it into my water bottle and slowly drink it up to the time that I go to bed was great, you will do feel sleepy but it's not the drowsy sleepy that you won't be able to do some things that you needed, drowsy enough to let you know that its time to sleep.
Did I manage to go to sleep right after? Not really for I do take a shower at night so it made me awake, so I just continued to drink the tea still right after.
What helped though it minimized all the tossing and turning, depending on how tired I was.
And to be honest, there will be nights that I still do listen to singing bowls meditation, and breathing exercises, they did claim that it will assists to give you a good night's sleep which it does.
Would I rely on just drinking the Dr. Carey Goodnight tea?
It depends on every individual need, there will be nights that just drinking it helps me to sleep and there are nights that I need more than the tea.
Does it work?
In my experience it does, help you sleep.
Do I recommend it?
Yes, since it's all-natural it will do more good than harm, still way better than using melatonin pills that do give you side effects on long-term usage.
