Their recommended dosage is 2 bottles per day. And its best taken chilled..so they went inside my refrigerator.

Now time to try it :-)

I took 1 in the morning before I leave for work at 6:30 am (I start work at 7:30) and the 2nd one once I came back from work that will be around 4-6 pm.

I love the packaging kinda bias here for my favorite colour is red hahahhaha

Smell

It has this sweet, fruity smell, which was great remember what you smell will affect how it taste.

Taste

It was like drinking a fruit juice, sweet and surprisingly easy to drink. I was expecting it to taste like a cough syrup or medicine...it didn't which I love love.

I haven't tried it long enough to see visible changes, will update this post after I've consumed it after a week :-).
