DIY Project: Felt Flowers (mums)

Yehey!! Finally I am posting how you could make a mums felt flower, actually this is the first felt flower that I've made and believe me its easy.

Prepare your materials
  • Felt Paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Blings ( buttons, pins )
                                  First take your felt and cut it into strips about 1.5inches wide

Apply glue on the bottom

Fold it in half

Then cut slits half way down the folded strip. 

 Again, apply glue on the bottom and start rolling.


Tadah!!! you're done. Just experiment on the length and you would have different sizes.

Another variation is cutting the slit slanting.

Add your bling in the middle, glue them into a round styrofoam, add more blings on the empty spaces and bouyah!! you have yourself a mini bouquet.
